It was just so easy, I started applying online and left the form unfinished as I wanted to ask a few questions. Before I even had to dial the rspca called to check how I was going. The representative on th phone talked me through the differences between each policy and assured me I could make adjustments later as needed. The phone support people really have a great understanding of the product and are so helpful.
