The pet insurance was organised over the phone with Michael who was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. Unfortunately when I received my insurance certificate some of the information is incorrect so my dog appears to be uninsured.Dogs name incorrectly spelt sex of dog and date of birth incorrect.

I got the basic accident cover, which is an awesome well rounded package if you just want accidents or injuries covered. And there is no excess which is a massive bonus!

The staff were really patient and willing to answer all my questions. They were super friendly and able to help me decide what cover would be best for my dog, in regards to my financial status. Some of the proceeds go to the RSPCA which is awesome. They explained everything really clearly and we're just over all really lovely people, that was both Conan and Pia.

I hadn�t even clicked off the selection page and had someone from the company call to see if I understood and was happy with what I was ready.. we have just purchased a puppy and it�s the first time getting pet insurance and found the girl I spoke to easy to converse with and she answered all my questions with ease.. it was a really great experience
