The guy I was talking to was really nice and friendly. Answered all my questions. Never had pet insurance before. At first I wasn't happy that when I didn't finish the quote online as I wanted to think about it, my phone rang not long after but I was quickly relieved and not pushed to purchase.

I have never had a dog before and it was an absolute delight to be lucky enough to be assisted by Jane (was that an Irish lilt?) who has 4 dogs and was able to talk me through some things I didn�t understand (eg why no dental cover).She was friendly, patient and informative.
