After doing quote I was going to wait till today to call but I didn’t need to as Mick called me about 10mins after doing the quote, He was a lovely young man that spoke with me Amanda and my Son Jèan as I am the secondary on the policy as Blue is Jèan’s puppy, He was very polite and answered all my questions, and I also like the fact that proceeds go towards looking after other gorgeous animals and that you pay up to 80% thank you RSPCA and Mick have a great day .

Staff quick to establish and sign me up but once I found out that no cover for prexisting skin condition I wanted to cancel then I was told it will take two days to cancel my policy. Do I have to keep chasing and follow up.
