Understand what is needed and not just selling a product. Listening with enthusiasm and trying to let the customer know what and what not is being paid for. Not just a salesperson wanting to sell but someone letting you know your options and hoping you will use their product. Telling you to feel free to get other quotes but knowing they are offering a very good product in any of their services.
