They were very informative and pleasant on the phone, the young lady was lovely however when I received my contract she had my address wrong and when I called to have it changed the next agent found she had my date of birth incorrect as well. I don't want her to get into trouble as she was excellent and friendly on the phone, however 'attention to detail and confirming these details' with the customer are very important.
