I dealt with Liana who was one of the friendliest and most helpful people I have ever spoken to. She didn't pressure me to take out a policy or even constantly call me when I said I'd think about it (I took out my policy a week later). She was lovely and very helpful won answering all my questions. Promote that woman!!!
