I called to get a policy and got what I planned to get (not the cheapest) because I wish to help the RSPCA . Two points though: - It is surprising that no discount is offered on the purchase of an annual policy, as other insurance companies practice.. it would be convenient for everybody, plus bring more revenue for the RSPCA - As I received my new policy, I filled the online form for the login process, however once I wanted to log in after, my password wasn't accepted. So I called to get some help... lengthy cues in the 'all other questions' department, so I called the 'sign up to a new policy', and as expected my call was taken immediately... only to be forwarded back to the wait on the list department... I mentioned that I could neither wait nor be called back as I have a puppy and young parrot who just don't understand that they have to wait and get along in the meantime. I was told to call another time... yes in principle, but it seems it would be helpful to have more versatile staff to answer calls.

Good price and hopefully good value (I won’t know til I need to use it). Found it frustrating he was going to charge me on 30 Oct for a month of coverage (2 days for $66!) until I insisted he change the date. I feel for those who don’t double check and get shafted. My only motivation was for some of the amount to go to the RSPCA

Very knowledgeable and friendly- encouraging bc she had pets too and had insurance- had real life examples that put me over the line to finally get insurance- look forward to our relationship as she described your service as one that knows what pets need and are going through!
