Sales guy was lovely and chatty but only told me about one level of cover (the expensive one). I couldn't get a quote without signing up but could cancel the policy before the first lot of money came out in 2 days time. I should never have agreed but went with it as I wanted to support an animal charity. Called the next day to cancel it as I found a better insurer, what do you know but "the cancellations team" were "busy" but would try to get back to me in 2 business days (coincidentally after the transfer would have happened). I refused to get off the phone until I spoke to someone in cancellations - the team member I was with tried to fob me off twice with long holds and "not getting through". Eventually he put me through after I said if he hung up my next call would be to the ombudsman, and whaddya know? Cancellations team happened to answer within 3 minutes. I got the usual dance around where they then offered me the other levels of cover rather than try and let me cancel and also a bunch of **** about how risky it would be to be without cover. Had to shut it down politely. TL,DR; make you sign up on the spot and give you the run around if you try to get out of it

As above. My reasons for my cancellation have been given. P.S. Don't insult clients more by attempting to take premiums on cancelled policies. I cancelled Ali because the issue of ownership for her is going to go on for an indefinite time. However, even after cancellation, policy payments were attmepted. Pay claims if you want to keep clients.

The insurance brochure is not really clear. You offer 3 levels, but do not list each level individually and their benefits/ disadvantages. Upon a phone call for clarification, I was informed I could claim for Simon's unexpected tick attack. Upon making the claim, I was refused as the 30 day wait covers all levels. As I have little time for large corporations, I took offence to this change and have cancelled my insurance.
