Polite and patient on the phone. As an elderly customer she took time to explain relevant information. However my request for documents to be sent by post did not seem to be met with a positive response! I have limited understanding of computer usage.If possible I would like the relevant papers, claim forms etc to be posted to me.

I dealt with Liana who was one of the friendliest and most helpful people I have ever spoken to. She didn't pressure me to take out a policy or even constantly call me when I said I'd think about it (I took out my policy a week later). She was lovely and very helpful won answering all my questions. Promote that woman!!!
