They were very pushy. They never asked �do you actually want to get this insurance?� It was just assumed I would. I understand it�s a tactic to get the sale as I do indicators and sales for a living but it made it very inpersonal and pressuring. It makes it hard for a person to say no. I felt like a number instead of a career about customer.

The prices a very good and I know my dog is covered for things that I couldn�t afford if he needed emergency care and the person I spoke to on the phone went through everything so clearly and explained it all to me very well

Very friendly staff member The end of session was a huge amount of reading of terms etc. and it all starts to go over your head. We even felt sorry for staff member ( Taylor) and to read it all out to every client they have.

Morgan at contact centre was amazing. Called back at time prescribed twice. Very informative/knowledgable. Although the premium is slightly more than a competitor, her confidence in general advice gave me confidence in what we were signing up to! Thanks Morgan!!
