The service I received on the phone call was excellent she was polite funny and listened to what I was saying. She also made sure that I was aware of what the different insurances included and what they didn't include. At the end of our phone call I was very sure what I had arranged for my furrrbabies was the right thing for them and I was very happy that it had been made very clear to me just exactly what I had purchased for them suited their needs and that is very important to me.

She answered my questions with knowledge, understanding and compassion. Sbe was also very patient as I was in the middle of something when she called. I was pleased to receive the call as it meant I didn't have to be on hold with a call centre and all my questions and concerns were addressed.
