Cut the time and verbal rubbish one has to go through to just take out the policy. It took longer than our private health insurance. Then to 'Register' to manage the policy on line has taken multiple hours and then entering the 'Pet Portal' is still a nightmare! The promised Welcome Pack has not arrived and I am having serious thoughts about continuing with this insurance.

I thought the phone sales person was polite, friendly, and ready to help. I have only just taken out the insurance and I don�t know about the claim process time etc, but so far they have been prompt and I have recommended them to a friend looking for Cat insurance.

Irene was very friendly. Not pushy and did her selling very well.I was asking for a call bck in a week and she signed me up by the end of the conversation!! There is a cooling off period which is a good back up if I change my mind
