I think pet insurance is expensive but RSPCA was in line with other insurers I checked out. I appreciate there is no excess payments which does make the premium more expensive than others. I hope going forward there is a loyalty discount. I am happy that a percentage of the insurance premium is used to support the work of the RSPCA
