Staff listened and responded appropriately. When I phoned I was able to speak to someone quite promptly. I appreciated having an Australian call centre.I think the pre recorded message of conditions is a bit silly as I think few people could take on board all the detail presented to us.

Hira, the lady I spoke with on the phone, was absolutely amazing! So helpful. She answered all my questions and explained everything. She was fabulous and is a true asset to your company. It’s hard to find great customer service like that. We have only just begun our insurance policy, but at this stage I would definitely recommend RSPCA due to the awesome customer service I have received so far.
