Surprised and startled to receive a phone call before I had actually decided anything so I did feel a bit pressured but also happy you were on the call. Customer see person mostly new his stuff but sounded as if he was reading from a script and didn�t like non scripted questions that interfered with his flow

This is the best value pet insurance I found after reviewing five different offerings. It's a bonus that part of the premium goes to the RSPCA.

I thought the service was friendly but not entirely professional. The first call I received was within 30 minutes of obtaining an online quote. I could hear people in the background, there was a few seconds delay as the person who called me was laughing. The second call, I rang back to confirm I wanted to take out the insurance. This person also became distracted by the chatter in the background and didn't seem that interested in my pet or that I had decided to select RSPCA. It was very much a case of reading the script and going through the motions. The standout is the actual insurance offering so if you improved the service you're on a winner!
