Your call center has to be built on a foundation of great customer service to ensure agents are performing at their highest standard. I have been through such a horrible experience putting my claims through for both my pets with proof of documents, have not been reimbursed for anything not a single claim. Agents just give you the run around with false promising. Will not ever be continuing my pet insurance with rspca.
