Relationship! By asking some key questions about my pet, that were not related to insurance at all, she immediately established relationship by showing interest! I could not have asked for a better caller. Having moved through this informal introduction and into the required elements to sell your product, she had already established a platform of trust and friendship. I felt like I was choosing a present when I chose the level of cover. I hope this lady can be a trainer for others.

The RSPCA Agent that I spoke with on the phone advised me of misleading information, and also misrepresented certain information which led me to initially purchase RSPCA Pet Insurance products. This is a most Disgraceful way to conduct business!!!
