Overall the service was very good. Joinup support was excelent. Bit concered about privacy policy! Information sent to Indonesia?. This concerns me as there are no protections in place with that. Also it seems my information can be shared with any of your partner organisations. I would not be happy with any spam arriving from these sources.

Scarily quick to call me. Maybe leave it an extra 5 minutes - it felt like you were stalking me! That said, person on the phone was very good and friendly.

Bad service and poor response

Yesterday the web site would not allow me to upload my vet bill. To day it would not allow me to login. I reset the password then I kept being logged out. Eventually I remained logged in and once again it would not upload my vet bill. I have converted it to an pdf. I called the 1800 number and after going through a series of questions and a lengthy spiel about what I am entitled too and threats about misinformation , I got on to some one who would not tell me if she was in Australia or not. Then eventually she said that they had problems with the portal and told me to email it. She gave me an email address. Then proceeded to tell me that I wont be able to claim anything anyhow. This is really disappointing as I joined the RSPCA insurance because it is RSPCA linked. Now I find out that really it has nothing to do with RSPCA really. I will review the T&Cs again and will probably will cancel my Insurance. Basically I have wasted my premiums. I am extremely disappointed by this as I only joined because it was with the RSPCA. Clearly that means nothing. I wounder what happens with my donations I make to the RSPCA. This is an extremely poor service poor service.
