While I generally do not enjoy getting lots of calls after requesting a quote online, Tash took the time to clearly explain the terms of rspca pet insurance so that I could understand how that may apply in my circumstances. The explanation I was provided was far more thorough and helpful than the service I was provided at PetSecure or PetMed when requesting a quote. With PetSecure and PetMed my questions appeared to be an inconvenience.
