Your customer service representative was extremely friendly, patient and helpful. A suggestion would be for you to simplify the recitation of the "terms and conditions". It is not very helpful to listen to someone recite all the terms and conditions for five minutes at the end of the call, in the evening. Please consider simply referring clients to a document that they can refer to so that they can read it themselves or at least offer the client the opportunity to decline the need to hear the T&Cs read to them. I am much better at reading information than listening to it over the phone.
