I spoke to Lily and she was extremely well mannered, helpful and thorough in her explanation of the company and policy. I had many questions and she took her time to go through everything with me and ensure I had a full understanding. She made sure I had everything answered before signing me up over the phone. I would highly recommend RSPCA for their customer service! I am excited to have our new pup covered by RSPCA! Here is a pic of her, Coco the chocolate Labrador.

This is one of the worst experiences of bullying I have had by a sales person. I had already obtained a quote and was happy completing the purchase online when the phone rang and it was a RSPCA sales girl. Her tactics were overwhelming and she wouldn't listen to me. I would have been happier to complete what I was in the process of doing. I came close to cancelling the whole transaction. There was no need for her to interfere and apply pressure.
