Very difficult to obtain insurance the application procedure is difficult. The dog breed selection on the on line application didn't work and you cannot send an invoice for the premium meaning I had to give my card details over the phone. Recently it cost me $6000 in fraudulent transactions by doing just that.

I can't rate this as yet due to only just taking the insurance out but at the moment I'm not happy as you can't even get my puppies name correct. The last insurance I had on my dog the RSPCA didn't get any of his details right either so unsure as to whether I will stay with RSPCA because if you can't get a simple thing like a pets name correct then that worries me

Lyn was so helpful& explained all the details i needed to know. we were up the north west hwy of wa & phone could have dropped out, but she did it. great.
