It has taken me till now to print off the policy 30+ pages. Your girl was good but not totally on the ball. She assured me she would send hard copy. Never came.!! My husband and I are trying to survive on the Pension - having to print off the policy has cost with the use of paper and the printing. You have a lot of colour/photos which uses up heaps of coloured ink which is so costly for us. I'm feeling somewhat put out that the hard copy never came. I printed it off tonight so as I could read it.
