Excellent follow up process after the initial inquiry fro a quote.A little too robotic and time consuming with the T&C's and disclaimers - that said fully understand the requirements. Perhaps an OFI to have taped T&C's in place ready to go instead of one of your representatives reading back the T&C's to a cust. You are relying on your staff to be clear with their reading and elocution skills.
