I requested a quote and received a phone call the following day . It was quick and easy to take out the insurance and no pushing while i was making a decision . The insurance clerk was very professional and was interested in my new pet . She also advised me about the length of the disclosures she needed to read out . She was very clear and was happy to repeat any information that I required

I firstly spoke with someone to cancel a policy of my deceased dog and they were very empathetic and helpful. I then spoke with second person to set up a policy for my puppy and they were also empathetic as the previous person told them what happened. It was nice as a lot of people don't understand how devastating losing a pet is.
