Angelina was pleasant and patient with all my questions but rather insistent with me purchasing on the spot rather than me having a chance to look around. I had explained that it was the first insurance that I had looked at. In saying this I am glad I have it but I will be looking during the cooling down period and then deciding whether I keep it or not.I would rather have done the research first and then get it and be done.

The purchase is a tad more expensive than other insurers but the customer service relating to the purchase was good. Hopefully if my pets do ever require medical attention the RSPCA will be just as helpful and friendly when the time comes.

To be honest RSPCA was the most expensive insurance I found online, however I am a great supporter of your work and would much rather spend my money with the RSPCA than other insurers. Sarah called me and was very professional and more so, very lovely to talk to. She answered all my questioned and as a pet owner herself could relate to having pets and caring for them. Hopefully I never need the insurance but for the peace of mind in knowing my pets are insured the $40 a fortnight is well worth the expense.

The sales representative listen to my needs and even was happy to call back a few days later when I directed her too. When she did she helped make sure the new puppy had all his needs covered and did without sounding like the typical phone sales, she added her own personal touch to the sale and was able to have a great conversation with while waiting for the computer to process the insurance.

I actually called to ask that I no longer be called after submitting a quote enquiry (6 calls over 4 days was a tad excessive especially as I did not answer) but the lady who took my call was SO nice about it and explained things so well not only did I agree to being called the next day I purchased two policies
