Upon phoning the RSPCA Pet Insurance Customer service number and speaking with 1 of your consultants - Michael by the end of the call I was extremely impressed by Michael's product knowledge, willingness to answer all my questions and I felt totally at ease to sign up for our puppy - Maggie Thanks again to Michael and also Alan from the Customer Service team they both were more than happy to help and assist with all my questions and whom had the utmost professionalism and courtesy from beginning to end I would be delighted to recommend RSPCA Pet Insurance to any of my friends & family. The lady talking with me was lovely and helpful, couldn't be better! 5 stars for her.The system was not so good. Unfortunately she was obliged to read the full text of the contract to me over the phone, and that was a pain to have to go through. I always choose to not read the full text of a contract, because I have to tick "agree" no matter what, if I want to buy the product. And having to have the text read out over the phone was awfully boring.
