The service I received in getting information for pet insurance was fantastic. Nothing was a bother as I had never had pet insurance before so I needed to know so much. The days and times to set up appointments with me were no bother as she was fitting in with me and not her times. She was so lovely to talk to and a big asset to your business. As I am an older person in my 50's it was so great to see a young person with patience , great phone ediquette and very learned in her information she gave me. Great job and I am a happy customer ? cheers Lisa

Helped me out by giving my 14 year old dog insurance cover for his medication, but will need more info on how I go about helping pay for vet visits & how to go about paying for his medications as I have already forked out over $200 for a consultation and medication and a test to be sent away. Thanks
