I really liked that I keep talking with the same person so I didn't have to get someone new to explain things to. I also really like that she called me other wise it would have slipped my mind to get pet insurance for my new puppy. The lady I spo to on the phone was very clear to understand and could explain what each aspect ment in a way that I could understand. I liked that she was wanting to help in any way that she could and didn't make the call rush. She answered every question I asked.

Not flexible, so have cancelled my insurance

I told them I was getting my puppy at 4pm on Thurs 26 October. So he set up the insurance then told me that the cover didn't start till 11.59pm on 26 Oct, so I said oh well in that case I would like to take this insurance from 11.59 on 25 Oct, so I am covered for the first 6 hours of receiving the dog. To my amazement he told me I couldn't do that as we wouldn't have the puppy on 25 October. I pointed out that it would just be a bit extra payment for RSPCA. I said what, in the unlikely event if the puppy was sick when it arrived (or was injured in the plane), he said then we wouldn't be covered!!! He stuck to his guns and said that I couldn't do it. He then put me on to someone else and they said No as well. Not at all flexible. A small thing, and I know it is extremely unlikely something would happen in those 6 hours, but I am not happy about it so I am going to cancel the policy tomorrow.
