The lady I spoke to from the RSPCA spoke very precise and made the terms and conditions of applying for pets insurance for my 2 dogs very Cleary. The wonderful lady I spoke to took time to talk me through what type of covers that will be perfect for my 2 dogs. The lady I spoke to from the RSPCA about dog insurance for my2 dogs to was very professional and polite with the way she spoke and interact with me. I would recommend RSPCA pet insurance to my family and friends because something happened to one of my dogs and that was a wake up called and the lady I spoke to understood being a owning a dog herself.

As I have stated already so far disappointing and I am now also concerned about security.

Yes. Try to spell the customers name correctly. Try to get the banking details correct. I have had to ring twice now to try to fix these problems. I now regret having taken out an RSPCA policy. If anything else goes wrong I will be cancelling it. Please don't ask insincerely how the animal is today . Try to concentrate on why the customer might be feeling the need to make a complaint. I am hoping things improve because I want to have a reliable insurance and support the RSPCA.

Agent spoke extremely fast, she did advised to say if i didn�t understand or she went to fast however she read through it that quickly it was hard to grasp it all and she ended up repeating herself. She was helpful in answering my questions but I think slowing down would prevent repeated questions
