I later found another insurer with a higher annual limit payout and 80% payout on claims compared to RSPCA same level of cover

This has nothing to do with the Australian consultant who called me back after my online quote, but to the after market consultants in your Manila (Philippines) contact centre. I’m all for the animals with a percentage going to the RSPCA but will not support any company that has contact centers overseas.
