I have cancelled. They don't seem to like you cancelling as it appeared to me as quite a rude response when I did so.. I joined and paid for 12 months. I was informed that to cancel you must submit a fully signed letter. Now over the years I have cancelled insurance with Suncorp, Alliance and other insurance companies with house car etc and I have never heard this nonsense about signed letters. I have gone along with this ******** and now all I want to know is WHEN I will receive my reimbursement.

The representative tried very, very hard to be friendly but is perhaps a bit over the top, which not only prolongs the process, but he also got the gender of our dog wrong in the contract. Perhaps focusing more on the process and less on the chit chat would be more efficient and accurate.
