The website should include pets date they were born not just month or year for it would be easier then customers can finalise themselves.The terms & conditions speal is way too long! Not just for the customer but also for the staff reading it!

All I wanted was to get a quote for pet insurance online. However I received a phone call almost immediately and I felt I was pushed into getting a policy even though I said I wanted to speak to my husband. after speaking to my husband we decided not to go ahead and wanted to cancel the policy in accordance with advice that I had a cooling off period. after asking for the policy to be cancelled I was again pushed into keeping the policy. Not good customer service.
