All I wanted was to get a quote for pet insurance online. However I received a phone call almost immediately and I felt I was pushed into getting a policy even though I said I wanted to speak to my husband. after speaking to my husband we decided not to go ahead and wanted to cancel the policy in accordance with advice that I had a cooling off period. after asking for the policy to be cancelled I was again pushed into keeping the policy. Not good customer service.

Quotes that were given verbally in relation to a household policy where overlooked and new prices were not sent in a quote first, before the commencement of increase. Owe did agree to increase but were not provided figures for comparisons. While I rang for pet insurance I think it turned into a sales call and updating increases. The sales person was very proficient and helpful all the same. All verbal quotes should have been emailed in the first instance on the first call, the following day I did not have the previous info in writing?

Consultant was good but process is far to high pressure, I didn't want to sign up at this point just wanted to get details so I could evaluate the offer. I will be cancelling the order today and it has left a bad opinion of the RSPCA for me.
