My last dog cost me thousands with treatment, operations, so not going through that again Wally is now covered.

Hayley was great on the phone, I was a little worried about pre existing claims as a friend of mine got stung with this clause. I adopted my pet and have had him for a few months but Hayley assured me that I would be covered as Wally is in perfect health and will not get stung with this clause. I did get other quotes but Hayley explained a few conditions that my Staffy could get which made me go with RSPCA.
