Because there is a lot of your product disclosure statement that is vague and avoids being CLEAR. The lovely person on the phone could answer all my questions and there was zero reasons why PDS was written the way it was. Wasted a lot of my time reading it forcing me to call up.

Service was very helpful. Hayley was an outstanding consultant, able to understand my situation. She was very knowledgeable of the products on offer. She also called me back later in the day, allowing time for me to discuss the insurance terms with my wife before taking out the insurance.

After a few hassles, following my email on 15th Jan and not receiving a single reply.things worked out fine. I wish to give Jessie a huge hug, she was so polite and understanding; something that I have not had for awhile. So lovely to have someone like her to be so nice to me. I am from the old school, being and "oldy" of 75, when we used to get personal service from everybody. That is not the case now unfortunately and to have Jessie react with me was, I guess, a taste of fresh air. Thank you Jessie dear.
