I didn't have to wait on hold for long (I called first thing in the morning) and my consultant was friendly (Alan, English accent). I did feel however that the call was a little rushed and the sales technique was tactical. Having worked in both a call centre and sales I understand you don't want to let a potential sale slip away but I wasn't really asked if I was actually wanting to or ready to purchase today quite early on. I rang to ask a question and it just kinda went on from there. Luckily, I was ready to go ahead with the policy but I could see how someone who isn't as assertive as me or aware of these techniques would get caught up agreeing to something they weren't ready to... It also seemed as if Alan was reading from a script the entire call rather than easy, free flowing conversation.

Good but long. It took 28 mins from beginning to end and I'd already had a quote set up from a previous enquires. The call should have taken 15mins max. Although friendly, it Seemed like the consultant lack training. But overall happy with the quote and service.
