I can't remember the service representative I was speaking with, but she was incredibly friendly and took the time to answer all my questions in depth ensuring I understood my policy. The time it took from pressing submit on the enquiry form and receiving a call was almost instantaneous.

Very helpful and knowledgeable, I like the fact that part of my premium is helping the RSPCA look after the abandoned animals, I feel good that I am doing....my bit for not just my own pet but for those pets yet to find their forever homes, I would recommend this insurer for your pets because I’m covered for everything I want for my dog including his routine care visits, which can become costly with an unexpected visit to the vet on a pension.

Your sales rep was informative and polite..your system of paymebt leaves a LOTto be desired..to say the least..!!! Need i say more...your payment system only suits RSPCA NOT the purchaser of your product .I backed off because I regard highly what rspca does for animals...Out of 10 being the best your payment system rates 2 for me the purchaser...
