service was good, however when I received my paperwork my dog was showing as a male I told the caller she was a female, if you are going to ask make sure you do the paperwork correctly, now I have to waste time trying to get the policy amended when I shouldn't have to.

They lured me with statements of incentives. My first claim for a basic consult was $50 return. I got $9.95, not what they said they would do. $66 per mth cover. Forget it. Cancel my registration, I'll be going elsewhere for pet insurance.
