Excellent service. If RSPCA had not rung back I'd still be deliberating. They didn't get 5 stars, because the donation to the RSPCA was "up to 10%" of the premium, and only for 1 year. This is not stated in their dialogue, I had to ask, And what does "up to 10%" mean?
