I had to take the insurance at work hours. RSPCA representative was concise and to the point. He was also flexible as I had to cut the process for a meeting and proceed after. All in all it was a professional and easy experience.

It offers accident and illness which is great news for my new puppies, I did think they would be like humans insurance / medicare where you could claim on a percentage of general vet visits for needles etc.
