The price is pretty great, as a university student who owns two kittens i was happy with the cover i could get, though in all honesty, i just recently obtained the insurance so we'll see how it goes from here and what's covered but i'm optimistic!

i was amazed and pleasantly surprised. I'm sure we've all had those stoic, i-don't-really-care-about-what-you-want people over the phone and typically they're from the bank. However, at RSPCA pet insurance, everyone i spoke to were lovely and so helpful! they empathised and were happy to listen to all my questions. I'm a satisfied customer.

Too many anomalies - they decide what is "eligible vet fees" and you get back a percentage of that, not necessarily that percentage of your own vet fees. A rip off!

They are manipulative and pushy. Very well trained in sales, they won't let you off the phone until they have made a sale, and if you don't purchase they will keep calling you. It's not just RSPCA - it's all pet insurance because it all comes through Hollard Insurance - PetSure - so no matter who you try to get a quote from, and they are all the same, you have to give them some details first. Then they hound you. Trying to cancel your policy is a major headache too.

Staff were very helpful, however it would be easier if there was a card i can swipe to claim benefits.
