Signing up was a breeze and the lady was lovely. When I decided to cancel the policy it was dragged out by many departments and then a man tried to get me to reduce the cover not cancel. I feel that I made it clear and it was almost harassment. As a Vet Nurse, I am reluctant to promote this insurance company if my clients will be made to feel like I was. Sue

My initial contact to set up the policy was good. After I received the confirmation details of the policy, I found there was an error with my dogs birthdate. When I called back to amend it, I was asked to send through proof of my dogs birthdate. When I advised I did not make the mistake and was trying fix the error, again I was asked to send through something in writing. Upon insistence and after being put on hold, the amendment took place.
