I have joined in January and have had 2 injuries to my Dog Sailor. One a cat scratched his eye resulting in surgery & a resultant ulcer .2 He was dropped from a height onto his leg resulting in soft tissue damage requiring medication & rest.Both are recent injuries NOT preexisting conditions. Both claims have been rejected as the cause of the injuries was not stated. sailor also had a signed document by the Vet Dr Rob, Schaeche to sy that Sailor had at the time of joining the Insurance fund no Cruciate ligament problems or eye damage.I find the fund is failing in its duty to honour my claims & have been kept on the phone for extended periods to try & sort this out . I am now going back to the Vet to get signed letters explaining the cause of the injuries. Please attend to this matter ASAPKind regards Lee Beswick
