I was dealing with Lilly and she is such an awesome person who explained everything to me about having my fur baby insured as this is my first time insuring him....she made sure I was aware of everything that was covered and not covered..awesome customer service and definitely highly recommended to others.

Friendly staff who try their best to help but communication could be better amongst the team members as it was a little frustrating having to repeat my details several times for anyone to find me on the system Most other insurances offer a returning customer discount just something to think about ??
