The lady was a bit pushy I thought as I was only considering buying it but had not made my mind up. Also she did not give me the option of having normal care like vaccinations etc included in the policy. I am not sorry I got it however.

I felt the phone contact was too quick. We were still reading through and discussing our decision when I answered the phone. The young man was very pleasant and read everything legally required. I feel sure even without the call we would still have chosen RSPCA as we send monthly donation and know the importance of their work.
