I first had to deal with someone else than the girl that eventually contracted me. The first person wasn’t professional enough ( contract wasn’t registered, never received my email with the contract ect) and I actually decided that I wanted to go somewhere else because that. But Oznur (Oz) was very professional and thorough and made me feel that RSPCA is a good insurance to go for. Thanks!
