Too many different people ringing me back and asking the same questions over and over.Saying �this call is being recorded� multiple times, marking me feel like you are trying to catch me out doing something wrong.Verifying my identity over and over, even after entering those same details on line, giving a feeling of scamming.The very, very long closing statement read at such great speed that few people could take it all in.The return call was not asked for or invited, after filling in the online quote.
