I was searching online and received a phone call from RSPCA pet insurance whilst i was still on the quote page - very quick turn around. The person on the phone was friendly, thorough and attentive - she actively listened to what I said and referenced back to things throughout the phone call so it felt very personalised. She also did a great job of not assuming my partner's gender, using "they/them" pronouns, which made me feel more comfortable as I am a *******. She also offered the title of Mrs/Miss/Ms/Dr which was great because I am newly a doctor and was chuffed to be able to use it - many people only offer Mrs/Ms/Miss for women. Great job!
