The operator who called me after I enquired online was lovely. She had a real interest in animals and was super helpful, nice and the conversation flowed naturally, which sometimes with these types of calls, it doesn�t. A real pleasure to be served by someone who clearly enjoys what they do!

The specialist was very knowledgeable and professional . He made it very easy , clear and a smooth process . Explaining and checking for my understanding. Stopping to confirm that I understood and asked if I had any questions . Sometimes sales are made and that�s the end of it however consultant provided with after sales support as well. I would very highly recommend him to other families and friends. Well done . We need more people like him .

They need to train their staff to listen to what the could be customer is saying. I cancelled my policy before the cut off and they still have taken the money out of my account. I will be telling everyone I know and don't know of this experience.
